ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a customer-oriented expert, you will market the Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit customers and their families. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers.
- Assist customers with claims and policy changes.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience, preferably in insurance.
- Currently hold or able to obtain state insurance license for life and health insurance.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
IMPORTANT: This is a sales role. This opportunity offers very competitive pay for candidates that are diligent, persistent, hunters. This role offers a salary with uncapped monthly commissions.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
